Registration Services Coordinator

The Registration Services Coordinator should have a thorough knowledge of the college's academic regulations, policies, and procedures. This individual will be responsible for the following:

  1. Maintaining computerized and manual record systems,
  2.  Providing college officials, faculty, and students with information,
  3.  Insuring the security and integrity of student records,
  4. Assisting with the implementation of the registration and grading processes,
  5. Preparing and distributing registration and enrollment data and reports,
  6. Evaluating transcripts,
  7. Working effectively with individuals from all parts of the university,
  8. Having a working knowledge of accreditation regulations,
  9. Performing other duties as assigned.

Bachelor Degree is required.
