Graduation Information

 

Graduation - General Information
·         Graduation is dependent upon completion of all academic requirements as stated in the Bethel catalog.
·         Work closely with your academic advisor and the Registrar to ensure that you have met all academic requirements for graduation.
·         Contact the Business Office to make arrangements for final payments on your account. Accounts must be paid in full by noon on the Wednesday prior to graduation. Students who fail to meet this deadline, and who have outstanding balances, will not be allowed to participate in commencement exercises. You will then need to reapply for the next graduation.
·         Graduation applications may be obtained in the Registrar’s Office or downloaded from the Registrar’s page of the Bethel website.
 
Deadlines to Apply for Graduation
·         May Graduation – Deadline to apply is February 18th
·         August Graduation – Deadline to apply is June 7th
·         December Graduation – Deadline to apply is September 30th
 
Academic Regalia
·         All students are responsible for ordering their own academic regalia. Graduation regalia, invitations, and class rings may be ordered directly through either of the following companies:

11:00am – Commencement Ceremony, College of Liberal Arts (Refer to specific schedule)
12:00pm – Lunch on the grounds for graduates and guests
1:30pm-2:15pm – Dedication of Science building
2:15pm-4:00pm – Tours of the Science building
4:00pm – Commencement Ceremony, College of Professional Studies & College of Graduate Studies (Refer to specific schedule)

9:30am – Seating opens for guests – Wildcat Stadium
10:00am – Group photo – Front steps of Campbell Hall
10:30am – Processional lineup – Scoreboard at Wildcat Stadium
11:00am – Commencement Ceremony begins
