Ebrary is a comprehensive subscription database of e-books and other authoritative materials that includes more than 37,000 titles in 16 key subject areas. Students will need to download the ebrary reader onto their computer in order to read the available items. There is a download tab on the main page of ebrary that you may click to download.
Educational Media Reviews Online Database contains more than 3500 reviews of educational videos, DVDs and CD-ROMs, written by librarians and teaching faculty from the United States and Canada. The Energy Citations Database provides free access to over 2.6 million science research citations with continued growth through regular updates. ERIC (Educational Resources Information Center) is the world's most widely used index to educational-related literature. Established in 1966, ERIC is supported by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Educational Research and Improvement and is administered by the U.S. National Library of Education (NLE). ERIC is the largest education database in the world—containing over one million records of journal articles, research reports, curriculum and teaching guides, conference papers, and books.

To access this database, you must change the database listed from ProQuest Educational Journals. To do this, click on the link on the left side of the page (right under the tabs). This link is called "Databases Selected." On the next screen select ERIC. When the next screen pops up you can continue your search.

FBI Uniform Crime Reports The FBI Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program was conceived in 1929 by the International Association of Chiefs of Police to meet a need for reliable, uniform crime statistics for the nation. In 1930, the FBI was tasked with collecting, publishing, and archiving those statistics.
