Alumni Service Award

 

2012 Winner: Ellen Argo, a 1990 graduate of Bethel, is a pediatric physical therapist with the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. She currently serves as assistant manager of the Acute/Preschool/Multidisciplinary Clinic Team. In her job, Argo works with children who have acute or chronic illnesses. She also works with children who have been injured in accidents or who are recovering from surgery. Argo is a 1986 graduate of McKenzie High School as well as a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.

Argo represents Bethel through her service to a number of organizations. She has worked with the American Heart Association, the Race for the Cure, and the American Red Cross. She has served as an ABLE Youth Sports Wheelchair Basketball Coach and has been on physical therapy mission trips. She also currently serves as a volunteer for the Clarksville/Montgomery County Humane Society Cat Foster Home program.
