Assist the Clinical Director with the administrative aspects of planning and coordinating the clinical phase of the PA
Program. Establish and maintain affiliation agreements with preceptors and affiliated institutions, and keep the supervised
clinical practice experiences (SCPE) program detail updated on ARC-PA’s portal. Assist the clinical director in the direction,
structure, organization, and scheduling of rotations in the clinical year. Monitor for, and respond to student emails and other
communication sources; receive and direct BUPAP telephone calls; file documents and complete other tasks as directed by
Program administrators. Monitor student background check process, student drug screening process and immunization
process. Enter 2nd and 3rd year grades into the program grade book, report grades to, and register 2nd and 3rd year
students with the CHS registrar coordinator. Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed.
Qualifications: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience in medical
administrative / Healthcare setting, or education. The ability to work collaboratively is essential. The ideal candidate should
possess a Bachelors degree. Applicants must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
