The Director of Marketing works with the marketing team to generate interest in all Bethel University programs by building awareness of the University brand to increase undergraduate and graduate degree applications. The Director will be directly involved in, planning, and implementing marketing campaigns across a variety of media, including but not limited to, television, radio, billboards, on-line ads, social media, email marketing, and print. Other duties may be assigned.

Degree in Marketing or Business related field required. Experience in Marketing Strategy development; minimum of three years' experience in media buying, Brand Management, Logo Design, Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, and Articulate. Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and computer skills required; A flexible approach to shifting priorities and deadline.
