The Help Desk Technician is an entry level position who will be responsible for providing computer (Hardware and Software) support to students and employees; Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network issues; Install and maintain software on user’s computers; Setup and distribute technology to new students; Clean, modify, and repair computer hardware including monitors, keyboards, and printers; Setup and maintain staff and student email accounts; Training manuals; Presenting training classes; Evaluation of company hardware and software. Occasional weekend and evening work is required, particularly during scheduled orientation periods. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma; computer esperience or technology related field; 1+ year relevant experience in a technical service environment; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows network and computer systems; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; Ability to communicate effectively with students, co-workers, and management; ability to work successfully within a team environment.
