Welcome to Bethel University Human Resources!
The mission of the Bethel University Department of Human Resources is to promote a positive and productive working environment by providing support for the physical, emotional, spiritual, social well-being of its employees in a Christian environment.Our commitment to the employee is to provide resources for each individual employee through assistance, guidance and advocacy with respect to the terms, conditions and benefits of employment. Our goals are to develop policies, programs and benefits programs which will support the mission of Bethel University and enhance the work experience for employees.
