Under the direct supervision of the Director of Recruitment and Admissions the In-House Recruiter will recruit students for all undergraduate degrees in the College of Arts and Sciences. This position will follow up with leads from various conferences and out of state referrals. The recruiter will reach out to all unresponsive and non-attending students; manage partnership follow-up and maintain record of events and prospect conversions in order to increase student enrollment for the University. The recruiter in this position will facilitate and develop internal and external partnerships and create and implement new recruitment strategies to assist in the continued growth of the undergraduate degree programs. Some travel, weekend and evening work are required. Other duties may be assigned. 

A Bachelor's degree, or the willingness to pursue a Bachelor’s degree within 24 months of acceptance of position is required.  Minimum of two years of customer service, sales, recruitment, higher education and project management or related experience in a fast past work environment and basic computer skills are required.
