Bethel's Spring 2009 Commencement is May 9

Dr. Robert S. Wood, associate dean and director of the Doctor of Ministry Program at Memphis Theological Seminary, will be the speaker for Bethel's Spring 2009 Commencement on May 9.

Bethel’s spring 2009 commencement is this Saturday, May 9 at 7 p.m., at Wildcat Stadium. Dr. Robert S. Wood, associate dean and director of the Doctor of Ministry program at Memphis Theological Seminary, will be the speaker and approximately 275 students are scheduled to receive degrees.
     Seating of guests begins at 5:30 p.m. The ceremony will be open to the public.
     Group photos for the master’s degree candidates will be at 5:30 p.m., and group photos for the bachelor’s degree candidates will be at 6 p.m. – both will take place on the steps of Campbell Hall.
     Baccalaureate services will be at 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 9 in Bouldin Auditorium of the Dickey Fine Arts Building.
     In the event of rain, commencement exercises will move to Bouldin Auditorium in Bethel’s Dickey Fine Arts Building.
