Two Fall 2009 Commencement Ceremonies Mark Another Historic Bethel Event
“Just as our August 1 commencement was the first-ever Bethel University graduation ceremony, this commencement will be the first time we have had two separate ceremonies to accommodate our growing number of graduates,” said President Bob Prosser.
The two ceremonies, which will run one after the other on Sunday, Dec. 6, will better accommodate the close to 250 candidates and their guests.
“There is simply not a perfect indoor venue in the community that can accommodate 250 graduates and their guests for a December graduation,” Prosser said. “The two ceremonies ensure that we give our graduates and their guests a memorable and positive graduation experience.”
Author and speaker Dale Henry will address graduates during both ceremonies.
