"A Very Bethel Christmas" Christmas Open House Continues this Weekend
The community is invited to Bethel University for “A Very Bethel Christmas” Open House and Contest which continues this weekend, Dec. 11 and 12. Lobbies in five of the school’s main buildings are on display during December to commemorate the Christmas holiday. Open house patrons can vote on their favorite lobby, and a winner of the contest will be announced just before Christmas. Florists and decorators in the area have been invited to take part in the event. Those who have decorated lobbies include City Florist in McKenzie, Paula Kelley Florist in Paris, and Joanne Webb of McKenzie.
The buildings where lobbies are decorated include the Burroughs Learning Center, the Marrs-Stockton Student Center, the Ray and Linda Morris Science Building, the Dickey Fine Arts Building, and Campbell Hall Administration Building.
The Open House begins at the Burroughs Learning Center – where patrons can pick up a voting form. They can drop their voting form into the ballot box at the last stop at Campbell Hall Administration Building.
