The Bethel University Library partnering with the McKenzie Public Library held its second session of the the 2011 Summer Reading Program on Thursday, July 14 on the Bethel campus.
Special guest was the Mad Scientist. The Mad Scientist, representing Mad Science of the Mid South, offers a number of opportunities for sparking imaginative learning including in-class field trips, preschool programs, after school enrichment, summer camps and home school programs.
Each session of the summer reading program is free and will be in the Bethel University Library on the school’s McKenzie campus each Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until 11. Registration will be at the beginning of each session. Note: This year, the program ends before lunch, therefore no lunch will be served.
