Bethel University Security Department Named Patriotic Employer

Bethel University’s Department of Security was named a Patriotic Employer by the Office of the Secretary of Defense Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. This award is given to outstanding employers who go “above and beyond” in supporting their employees who serve as “warrior citizens” in the Army National Guard and Reserve. Bethel Security was nominated for this honor by SSG. Michael Lowe, a member of the Bethel Security staff who will soon deploy with the 268th Military Police Company to Kuwait. Lowe learned of the award status and had the opportunity to present the award during a reception at Bethel held in his honor.
