Bethel PA Program 5K is this Saturday
The Bethel University Second Annual “Run to Cure NBIA: P.A. 5K Run/Walk” is this Saturday, Nov. 5 beginning at The Barn in the McKenzie City Park with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. and the race at 10 a.m.
The event will raise money for medical research funds for NBIA Disorders Association. One hundred percent of the proceeds raised through sponsors, donations and race entry fees will go to medical research to help find a cure for NBIA.
Awards will be given to first, second and third place for male finishers and the same for female finishers. Special game day prizes will be revealed on race day as well, and a Race Day bake sale will be from 10 a.m. until 12:30 at The Barn.
Entry fee is $15 per person with registration being from 8:30 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. Race t-shirts will also be available for purchase for $15 each.
