Academic Theatre Receives Nominations

Two students from Bethel’s Academic Theatre Production of "Eurydice" --  theatre major Mallory Sellers, and theatre minor Vincent Pupo, have received nominations for their work in the production, to compete at the Irene Ryan Acting Competition at the annual Regional Kennedy Center’s American College Theatre Festival which will be held in Roanoke, Virginia at Hollins University, Feb. 4-8, 2014.

Cody Allen, a Bethel Music Major and Theatre Minor, was also given an honorable mention for his work in the area of sound design for the play, "Eurydice."

The KCACFT  Region Four festival is held every year, and is host to some one thousand theatre students and faculty. This festival includes competitors from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
