Bethel University College of Professional Studies has an immediate opening for a Recruiter for the Memphis, TN area.
The Recruiter will recruit adult learners to receive an undergraduate degree in Organizational Management. The recruiter will attend, organize, and execute various recruitment events; including education / career fairs, open houses, information sessions, corporate development activities and relationship marketing. This position will manage partnership follow-up and maintain records of events and prospect conversions; facilitate and develop internal and external partnerships, as well as create and implement new recruitment strategies to assist in the continued growth of the university. Evening, weekend hours and some overnight travel may be required. Other duties may be assigned.
Bachelor's degree required; minimum of two years of customer service, sales, recruitment, higher education and project management or related experience in a fast past work environment preferred; candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, presentation and relationship-building skills; must have the ability to work independently, as well as, with other colleagues, and possess the aptitude for detail-oriented tasks and time management.
