Online Learning
Employers are searching for individuals with specialized knowledge and training. Whether you are starting a new career path or advancing your current one, you can gain all the skills you need through our fundamental and advanced online courses.
Our fundamental courses are informative, fun, convenient, and highly interactive. You can complete most of the fundamental courses in less than six weeks. Our online courses are affordable, fast, convenient, and geared just for you.
Our advanced online career training courses are designed to provide the skills necessary to acquire professional level positions for many in-demand occupations. The programs are designed by a team of specialists from each respective field, providing you with an effective, web-based curriculum that can be completed at your own pace.
Professional Seminars
Seminars offer a unique opportunity to participate in a live discussion with industry experts. Up to three hours in length, seminars provide a convenient means to acquire further knowledge in a specific field. Seminars are available on a variety of topics and are accessible through virtual and on-campus presentations.
Seminars are offered regularly in the following areas:

Seminars are accredited for Professional Development Hours (PDH) and Continuing Education Units (CEU). Peace Officer’s Standards and Training (POST) Certification hours may also be available for criminal justice seminars.
Through Bethel University’s partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), seminars within the human resource field are SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®) certified. Upon completion, seminar participants may receive Professional Development Credits (PDC).
