JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Sanitation - (empty garbage, cleaning serving line, sanitation buckets, ect.)
• Maintain high serving standards with a friendly and polite attitude
• Side work – as assigned by management (cleaning, restocking, miscellaneous duties)
• Cost control – portion control, loss due to improper use of cafeteria equipment, when in doubt about serving size-ask
• Clean-up duties – line area, floors, walk-thru cooler and warmer, heat lamp covers, all glass and surfaces and food wells 
• Clean and sanitize all wells and counter tops and refill water to proper level
• Clean all glass
• Refill plastic wear
• Sweep and mop your area
• Assist Cooks
