Coordinator for Careers, Disabilities, and International Affairs

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and implement annual Career Fair and seminars.
  • Teach Career Opportunity Experience (COE 401) and guide students in developing resumes.
  • Serve as PDSO for international students and maintain compliance with all laws and regulations related to F-1 students. Maintain Bethel University's form I-17 petition.
  • Serve as a intermediary between international students and Bethel University; advise and counsel F-1 visa status students about immigration regulations and counsel students who are identified as at-risk.
  • Evaluate students' disabilities/ESAs (emotional support animals) to meet their accommodation needs.
  • Perform related accountabilities as required or directed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in higher education.
