This position provides direct administrative support to the Vice President for the College of Professional Studies, including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and mailings and assisting the Vice President with special projects. The incumbent will process employee expense reports, purchase orders, and check requests; order supplies; maintain copiers and postage machines; and serve as building coordinator for the CPS Paris Campus. The incumbent will also be responsible for answering phones and greeting visitors to the campus.
This position requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred); previous related work experience; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint; general computer literacy; and good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to produce documents free of spelling and grammatical errors.
