Bethel University College of Arts and Sciences is seeking candidates to work as a Prospect Coordinator for the Office of Recruitment and Admissions.
Job responsibilities will be to process all new prospects for the traditional undergraduate program through mail, emails, and phone calls. In addition, they will also process international applications and paperwork, greet daily visitors, phone calls as needed, attend recruitment events, and assist the recruitment team in meeting weekly goals.
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent with previous office experience. The position requires an outgoing, positive, and professional attitude; ability to connect, motivate, strong communication skills; strong customer service orientation; data entry experience; detail-oriented; and a self-starter.
