If you are a first-time freshman or transferring to Bethel University and HAVE NOT met the prerequisites of study for entry into the Nursing program, you must first complete the Bethel University Application for Admission.
If you HAVE completed the prerequisites of study for entry into the nursing program, complete your desired nursing application below.
If transferring to Bethel University and you HAVE met these requirements, you must fill complete the Bethel University Application for Admission along with the Nursing Application.
