Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership: Customer Relationship Management Concentration
The Customer Relationship Management concentration is part of the online Organizational Leadership program. This concentration puts the importance of customer care into a real-world perspective. The courses bring different aspects of the customer experience into focus, thereby leading service to the forefront of the business.
