Loan Fees average of all loan fees for all students. Direct Sub, Unsub, Parent Plus and Grad Plus all included. See below. Same amount used forfull time, 3/4 time, and 1/2 time because could possibly have full loans for these statuses. No loan fees added for less than 1/2 time becausemust be at least 1/2 time for loan eligibility.

Living expenses based on $3384 meal charge. Food averages around $112.80 per week. Calculations are multiplied by weeks in term.Housing/utilities is based on a median average in 6 cities in TN. Median cost is $226.87 week/$907.50 mo.

Internet expense is included for all programs (F2F students are required to submit assignments through online Learning Management System(VCAMP). Calculations are based on an average of $65 per month/$16.25 week.

Miscellaneous expenses estimated at $180 per month/$45 wk. No personal expenses for less than 1⁄2 time per regulations. 

Books are calculated for oncampus students at $125 per book/course.

Transportation is calculated for oncampus students at 40 miles x $.50 per mile x 5 days per week @ $100 wk. Transportation is prorated by numberof weeks in term.

LMS Fees will be calculated in COA for students who receive staff waiver scholarship. Undergraduate ‐ $229 @ 3 credit hr. courses; COE 401 @$76; Seminars @ $66. Graduate courses ‐ $319 @ 3 credit hr. courses; Seminars @ $99.
