Bethel University will remain closed on Wednesday, February 4, 2026
by Bethel University

We continue to monitor progress towards reopening campus. Our Facilities Team and external partners have worked diligently to clear many of our sidewalks and parking lots. Despite those efforts, icy conditions remain across much of campus.
With those facts in mind, Bethel University will remain closed on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. All administrative offices will remain closed during this time.
- College of Arts & Sciences – Classes remain canceled. We strongly encourage all students to continue communicating with professors concerning any missed coursework and assignments.
- College of Health Sciences – Students in the Physician Assistant and Nursing programs will receive guidance directly from faculty.
- College of Professional Studies – Online courses will continue as scheduled.
- The Vera Low Cafeteria will continue to operate on its inclement weather schedule, 11:00 am–1:00 pm for lunch and 4:00 pm–5:30 pm for dinner.
We will continue to monitor progress closely and will communicate any additional updates on Wednesday afternoon.
For students on campus and those traveling to campus, your safety is our top priority. When on campus, please use extreme caution on sidewalks, parking areas, and roadways that may remain frozen. Conditions vary across the area, so always use personal discretion when traveling to and from campus.
Thank you for your patience and flexibility this week as we work to clear the ice and snow.
