What Do You Need to Do?

File the FAFSA

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the first step to receiving financial aid at Bethel. File at studentaid.gov each year.

File as early as possible after October 1. Federal, state and institutional need-based aid is limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Check Your Financial Aid

Log in to your Student ePortal to view your financial aid package, check for outstanding requirements, and accept or decline loans.

If you've been selected for verification, you'll find instructions and required documents in your ePortal.

Pay Your Bill

Bethel University offers several convenient ways to pay your student account balance. View deadlines and payment options

Pay Online — Log in to your Bethel Student ePortal. ACH (checking/savings) has no fee; credit/debit card has a processing fee.

Pay by Check or Money Order — Mail to Bethel University Business Office, 325 Cherry Avenue, McKenzie, TN 38201. Include your Name and BUID.

Monthly Payment Plan — Enroll through Nelnet Campus Commerce or through the Student Financial Services Office in the Vera Low Center for Student Enrichment Questions? Call (731) 352-4050.

Pay In Person — Visit the Student Financial Services Office in the Vera Low Center for Student Enrichment. Cash, check, and money order accepted.
